Baby has the distinction of being a "shared" resource to Hickory Hollow's recently revised breeding program and lives at Will's Prairie Kennels, thus the "Hickory's Prairie" in her name. This unique arrangement has allowed us to expand our breeding program without housing more dogs at our facility.

Baby has been DNA tested to prove parentage. Her certification displays the Blue and Gold seal signifying "VIP" (Verifiable Identified Parentage) confirming both the sire and dam of the dog to be as stated in the pedigree and that she is 100% Llewellin Setter.

Hips - OFA

Rating = GOOD

OFA #: ES-8109G25F-VPI

Baby has been certified free of hip dysplasia (HD). Based upon the radiograph submitted to the OFA, the consensus was that no evidence of hip dysplasia was recognized and that hip joint conformation was GOOD.
Only dogs that are certified free of HD are given an OFA number.

Size: Currently about 40 pounds.

Color: White/Black, predominantly white and lightly ticked in black. She has black ears, black half mask on left and black eye patch on right. 

Head: beautifully proportioned with parallel lines (top of head, top of muzzle, and bottom of lower jaw). She displays a long and square muzzle when viewed from the side.

Eyes: amber; nearly round and proportionally spaced.

Ears:  Set back on the head and at the level of the eye.

Tail: Shorter in length with long feathering.

Coat: Soft and silky, feathering will become longer and thicker as she ages.

Baby is a "Blue" Llewellin (White/Black). Her body is predominantly white, with black ticking.

Baby has unusual head markings, including black ears, a half mask on the left and a right eye patch. She has no body patches which gives her body a belton-type look which is mostly ticking. Her tail and feathering is white.
